Return Advice You may return the received goods within a period of one month without giving any reasons for such return. The period starts after the receipt of this terms and conditions in written form (f.e. letter, fax, e-mail), but not prior to the receipt of the products by the addressee (in the case of recurring delivery of similar products not prior to the receipt of the delivery of the first part) and also not prior to the fulfillment of our duty to inform according to § 312 c Art. 2 German Civil Code in connection with § 1 Art. 1 and 4 German Civil Code – InfoV as well as our duties according to § 312 e Art. 1 S. 1 German Civil Code in connection with § 3 German Civil Code - InfoV.
